Ryan Chai is a real estate entrepreneur, property strategist, and the founder of INVODS, a Kuantan-based real estate sales and marketing company focused on helping buyers make smarter property decisions.
Since entering the property industry in 2012, Ryan has seen how many homebuyers struggle with confusing market options, unclear financing information, and sales-driven advice that does not always put buyers first. This experience shaped his belief that real estate should be guided by knowledge, transparency, and long-term value, not pressure selling.
In 2018, Ryan co-founded INVODS with the mission to bridge the real estate knowledge gap and create a better property buying experience for Malaysians. Under his leadership, INVODS has grown into one of the fastest-growing real estate sales and marketing companies in Kuantan, working closely with developers, bankers, agents, and buyers to build a stronger property ecosystem.
