INVODS is one of the fastest-growing real estate sales and marketing companies in Kuantan, Pahang. Established on 10 December 2018 by Ryan Chai, P.D. Mah, Wendy Cheong, Evian Neng, Chesy Ng, and Benny Chai, INVODS was founded with a clear mission: to bridge the real estate knowledge gap and help more people own their dream homes and begin their property investment journey with confidence.

With industry experience dating back to 2012, Ryan Chai saw a common challenge among local buyers. Many people struggled to make the right property decisions due to limited knowledge, confusing market options, and a lack of proper guidance. At the same time, the traditional real estate agency model often placed more focus on agents and property owners than on buyers.

This inspired the birth of INVODS: a buyer-first, corporate-style real estate agency built on transparency, education, strategy, and long-term value.

Together with co-founder P.D. Mah, Ryan developed INVODS to combine both analytical thinking and creative marketing, offering complete real estate solutions that go beyond simply selling properties.
